Order Policy & Procedures
To ensure quality craftsmanship and timely delivery, please review the following policies before placing your order.
ORDER TIMELINE
Orders must be placed 5-7 weeks before the due date.

Faster turnaround times may be available at an additionl cost depending upon availability.

Choir Dress Sets must be ordered 3-4 months ahead of time.
PAYMENT POLICY

Orders under $500 require full payment upfront.

This payment is non-refundable once brocades and materials are purchased

Orders over $500 require a deposit of 50% to begin production.

All customers, regardless of order history, must submit a deposit to start an order and submit final payment before garment is shipped or hand delivered.
